teamRDYK expands onto the Nintendo Switch!!!

We would like to announce our brand new clan into the server: No, it isn’t a Supercell clan… it’s the teamRDYK Nintendo Switch Community Clan! Led by Paul Creenis, we have decided to create a community based around the Nintendo Switch and it’s many games!

Smash Bros? We got it.
Mario Kart? We got it.
Minecraft? We got it.
We’ve got it all!

If you’re a member in the Discord, and you have a Nintendo Switch, feel free to ping Paul Creenis so he can add you to the list!

Something completely optional you can also do is put RDYK before your switch and in-game usernames so that we can all show people who we are!

Burning Blades joins the teamRDYK family!

I’m excited for this one! Please give a warm welcome to the latest family member to join teamRDYK! Cass leads Burning Blades, a war clan focusing on development and improvement within the game. Hailing from the UK, Cass joins us by offering a similar vision for how to have fun – By lifting each other up, NOT by putting them down!

Together with a buddy, he grew the clan to where it is today! Playing for 5-6 years on and off, Cass enjoys the grind and the atmosphere that a warring clan creates! If you’re looking to get better at war and have fun doing it – Check out Burning Blades!

Check them out in game!

Leader Note – Midyear Review & Looking Towards the Future

It is a personal deliverable of mine to reflect at certain times throughout the year.  Where we’ve come from, where we’re going, but most importantly – The folks that have joined our supportive and friendly culture – Is what inspires me to keep going the most.  Now that we’re halfway through 2019, I want to stop and make sure to focus on some of our key highlights.

First: Our people.  I continue to be impressed by the great personalities that join our ranks.  I continue to be humbled knowing that there are so many good-hearted people who want to see what we’ve built thrive and move in the right direction.  Let it be sharing music, shooting the breeze, assisting with war attacks, dealing with personal issues – Our goal of becoming a community is not only a reality – It’s evolving into something more.  Which leads me to our second point.

Our website.  The traffic continues to move in the right direction, and it is one area that I focus on to ensure that we are reaching people and getting the word out: teamRDYK is a Vibrant Supercell Community for Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars.  So how is our website doing?  We’ve averaging about ~50 unique visitors a day with ~1500 unique visitors a month.  Whoa.  That is humbling. Thank YOU for making that possible!

My third point is giving a warm welcome to two new Clash of Clans groups who have merged into our family: woods&whiskey, led by crackerjack, and WAFfles, led by Esco.  When looking at Clash of Clans, we’re now five strong!  Our collective leadership team now ensures that we ensure a vibrant, safe, friendly community to over three hundred members!  I want to stop here and really let that sink in.  300 fellow gamers from across the globe now call a teamRDYK clan home!  Why?  In my opinion it’s easy to see:  We offer an inviting environment where you don’t have to be the best, you don’t have to have an ego, you don’t have to flaunt your lifestyle.  We offer a community of likeminded, good natured people.  That is what makes us stand out and I am honored to be a part of the Leadership team to continue moving this forward.

The fourth point is some key movements across the leadership area to help promote those with the best interests for our success.  It is here where it is crucial to recognize the work that eternal, thawn, and sleepykeefe are doing to help drive our extremely active Clash Royale clan (Royale Yankee).  The work that is being done there is truly admirable, and they took the same attitude from Clash and integrated into Royale.  Is it any wonder they are consistently topping over 15,000 donations a week and hard pressed NOT to be at 50/50 members?  Another key area where it is important is my stepping down from our Brawl Stars club (Reddit Yankee).  As a leader, it is important to recognize one’s own shortcomings.  Here, I knew I could not devote the appropriate time to ensure the teamRDYK feel.  Because of this, I reached out to long time member Jael to lead our Brawl Stars club to success.  Damn.  What a great job he is doing!  Not only has he cleaned out the inactives, but his efforts in recruiting new members every week shows and he is taking it to levels I was not able to.  Well done good sir.

Looking forward, it is important to keep striving, keep moving forward, and keep growing our community.  What is the teamRDYK Leadership Team doing to ensure this?

  • Season pass raffles and other monetary gift raffles through various challenges.
  • Meet the members bios to further develop a sense of community.
  • Continue to recruit in timely manners, to raise awareness of what it is we do.
  • Continue to look for opportunities to bring clans into our community who match our culture.
  • Further develop the website with new content to drive viewership up in the right direction.
  • Development of a podcast.

As always, I realize that one person is not able to do it all.  That is why I am humbled and honored to have met and work with some of the most amazing people that have ever played a Supercell game.  All our Leadership, across all our Supercell game clans/clubs share the same focus across the board: To create a safe, fun, and vibrant community built on building each other up, NOT putting each other down.  Salute to all of you, and let’s keep kicking some ass!

CWL Results Across teamRDYK for July ’19!

teamRDYK clans have recently finished their July CWL’s. The results? The strength of our team shows in itself. Let’s take a look!

TheMaroonSpoons, led by Pepperoni Hands, continues to TEAR IT UP by moving up for the SECOND month in a row! Now in Crystal League II, a very impressive showing overall by that crew!

WAFfles, led by Esco, is another clan to watch out for — Moving up two months in a row, this time reaching Gold League II! Focusing on TH9-TH11, this is the way it is done!

twilight fire, led by the myself and Green Village, maintained our stake in Crystal League II. What I think is important to note is that twilight fire has a majority focus on TH9-TH10 war-focused individuals. Maintaining Crystal League II shows that we can go against TH12s and STILL hold our own. WELL DONE!

Reddit Yankee, led by myself and the fellow Yankee Leadership team, maintained their stake in Crystal League I. While throughout the rest of the month we focus on farm wars, during CWL we get the war bases up and go against others trying to climb up! Enjoy those medals!

woods&whiskey, led by crackerjack, continues to show their strength by holding it down in Crystal League I! Stability is key, and finding ways to improve a key focal point, this is the clan to watch out for — These guys are destined for great things!

Not to be outdone, fellow teamRDYK clan TheMaroonSpoons rounds out their own solid showing with by claiming within the top 15! Impressive showings and the strength of our overall activity continues to shine. It’s humbling to see such teamwork! WELL DONE by ALL!

CWL Results Across teamRDYK for June ’19!

Another month another round of kicking some ass!

TheMaroonSpoons, led by PepperoniHands, has shown that their leadership strategy has landed them in greener pastures! After strategically dropping to a more competitive CWL League, TheMaroonSpoons takes THIRD and MAINTAINS their status in Crystal 3! WELL DONE BY ALL!!

woods&whiskey continues to REBOUND on the up and up led by crackerjack and Esko! They have not only successfully rebuilt their clan, but are also actively working on rebuilding their feeder, WAFfles, while at the same time ADVANCING in CWL! woods&whiskey finds themselves moving on up to Crystal I! AWESOME JOB!!

twilight fire, led by Green Village, successfully offered not only a broad range of participation with managing rotation between 20 dedicated members wanting to duke it out — But also doing so where twilight fire moves UP into Crystal II! twilight fire is a group of MERCENARIES!! We’re proud to offer CWL focused wars with TH9/TH10 and STILL manage to move up the ranks in Crystal! IMPRESSIVE!!

Lastly, the farmers paradise Reddit Yankee puts up a valiant effort led by Chris Monroe! While we may have lost seven in a row, and fought while outgunned with completely unbalanced TH12 matchups on the other side, we have shown what we’re all about — WIN OR LOSE — WE DO IT AS A TEAM!! And THAT is what makes us STRONG! NICELY DONE!!

May ’19 CWL Results Across the teamRDYK Family!

Another month another round of CWL! This month we saw two of our family clans WAFfles and woods&whiskey really hit hard and both move UP! WAY TO GO!!

woods&whiskey hits Crystal League II! AWESOME JOB!

WAFfles hits Gold League II! NICE!!

We saw TheMaroonSpoons continue to strategically drop to a more even playing field — But check out ALL THOSE EARNED MEDALS!! GREAT JOB!!

twilight fire continues to progress towards moving into Crystal League II but remains in Crystal League III. Only 11 stars separated them from moving up into the next tier. As mostly TH9-TH11 war participants, that is just AWESOME!!

Reddit Yankee continues to hold their own in Master’s III, also coming close to moving into Masters II but just barely missed clinching the single upwards spot..

Overall it is obvious that all family members within teamRDYK are kicking some ass! Everyone who warred got a bunch of CWL medals across the board and the teamwork IS the BEST PART! WAY TO GO EVERYONE AND KUDOS ON A JOB WELL DONE!!

A Poem by Paul Creenis: “Ok Paul. You win. Good night.”

Good night indeed, for a very tired boy, he’s played all night with his urethral toy.

There goes the lobby, dead and silent, for a phrase Paul said that might have been too violent,

But Paul, knowing he had the hope in his heart, unleashed a powerful and deadly fart,

Once that fart dispelled into the air, all the people suffered, boy did they care,

As a small boy named Pep came crashing in, he said “oh shit” and he fell in a bin,

But the small boy Pep had something to say, Paul brushed him aside and simply said “Nay”.

Crushed was Pep as he walked back home, until he found a legendary tome.

The tome at hand was a few story books, about a man name Flash and his band of Yankee crooks.

The many Yankee crooks, who had withstood battles and games, had built themselves an empire from the ashes and flames.

Flash, the leader of the bunch, always was down for a merry brunch.

Pine, the Viking of Fruit, known for his overly massive boot.

Random, the engineer, worked too hard, yet still impressed his peers.

Chile, as spicy as a jalapeno, was much more powerful than even El Nino.

The rest had not yet built up a story, but trust me, these ones will achieve glory.

The stories they told were from the beginning, from before they even started winning.

Some were very interesting, although some were too much into resting…

But as small boy Pep placed down the book, he gave Paul a big desperate look.

“I found this book, knowledge it will feed, but first you need to teach me how to read!”

Paul scoffed at the illiterate child, while that scoff turned into a laugh that was wild.

“Little boy, the one who his pants he has peed, I too, cannot even read!”
